NOTE: The last day for the early registration discount is Monday, March 31, 2025. Registrations after that date will increase by $125. The final day to register will be Wednesday, April 30, 2025. We will not be allowing late registration or onsite registration. Any cancellations received on or after Thursday, May 1, 2025 will be refunded dependent on what we can attain refunds for, which may result in only a partial refund or no refund.

Step 2 - Additional Registrants

If you do not have additional people to register, continue to Step 3.

To begin registering additional people, simply click Add Registrant, then you can enter their personal information manually. You can continue to add up to 15 additional registrants. If you click Remove Registrant, the top most record will be removed.

Step 3 - Hotel Accomodations

3) Hotel Accomodations

To reserve a room at the host hotel, simply click Add Room. Each room requires a primary guest and can include up to four total guests. Select which guests will be staying in the same room from the drop-down menus. Don't forget to select a room type, check-in date, and check-out date for each room! If you click Remove Room, the top most record will be removed.

Adult Advisors may NOT room with an Active DeMolay unless they are their Parent/Guardian.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel at the Entrance to Universal Orlando is a 100% Smoke Free Facility. Penalties will be charged to your individual room if the policy is violated.

You will need to select the event tickets you want to purchase for each individual registrant. Some tickets will automatically be selected based upon registration type.WE WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERING INDIVIDUAL TICKET SALES. TO GET A TICKET FOR AN EVENT YOU MUST HAVE A REGISTRATION PACKAGE.
